Our audio visual design consultation process can be virtual or in-person—whatever is best for your organization's unique needs. In either scenario, we use an innovative design tool called the Vizual Surveyor to assess your space and provide you with a detailed “before and after” design for each room and solution.

Here's how it works:

1. Using Zoom or Facetime, we take a close look at your space and gain an understanding of your AV goals and target market.
2. Through the Vizual Surveyor, we can take measurements from photos or videos to get accurate information.
3. The Vizual Surveyor then provides a detailed rendering of the best AV solution for the unique space, including cable lengths, camera angles, product locations, and what the newly designed room will look like—from top to bottom.
4. We incorporate our notes and recommendations with the solution rendering and present them to you, so you can see what your space will look like with a fully-integrated AV solution.
